I. Seller collects personal data of Customers using the store www.esofas.pl
II. The administrator of personal data of customers who are natural persons, within the meaning of the Act of August 29, 1997. on the protection of personal data (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2002, No. 101, item 926, as amended), is Lukasz Rawdanowicz, ul. III. The collection of Customers’ data has been submitted for registration to the General Inspector of Personal Data Protection and is registered in the nationwide register of personal data collections.
IV. Customers’ personal data are processed by the Seller in accordance with the provisions of the Act of August 29, 1997. On the protection of personal data and the Law of July 18, 2002. on the provision of services by electronic means, for the purpose of concluding, determining the content and termination of the sales contract, and for the purpose of providing and settling services by the Seller.
V. Customers’ personal data are, with their consent, processed by the Seller for the purposes of carrying out Orders in accordance with the content of the Terms and Conditions, and above all to ensure contact between the Seller and the Customer. The customer will not receive marketing and commercial information if he/she does not agree to it.
VI. Provision of personal data is voluntary. To place an order in the store www.esofas.pl it is necessary to provide an e-mail address, first name, last name and address.
VII. The Vendor shall ensure that Customers exercise their rights under the Personal Data Protection Act, including the right to access and correct the content of their own personal data and the right to control the processing of their own personal data in accordance with the principles described in the said Act.
VIII. The Seller may refuse to delete the Client’s personal data if further processing of such data by the Seller is necessary and permissible under the provisions of law, including if the Client has not paid all liabilities to the Seller, or if the Seller receives and retains for evidentiary purposes information that the Client has violated the Terms of Service or applicable laws by his/her past behavior, and retaining the data is necessary to clarify these circumstances and determine the Client’s liability.
IX. As part of the exercise of the right to control the processing of one’s own personal data, the Customer has, in particular, the right to file a written, reasoned request to cease the processing of personal data due to his/her particular situation, as well as to object to the processing of his/her data when the Seller intends to process them for marketing purposes or to the transfer of personal data by the Seller to a data controller other than the Seller.
X. Customers’ personal data may be made available to entities entitled to receive them under applicable laws, including the relevant judicial authorities. Customers’ personal data may also be transferred to third parties designated by the Seller, including entities performing activities on behalf of the Seller concerning the services provided to Customers by the Seller as part of the www.esofas.pl store to the extent and for the time necessary for the provision or implementation of these services.
XI. Customers’ personal data are protected by the Seller against their access to unauthorized persons, as well as other cases of their disclosure or loss, and against destruction or unauthorized modification of the indicated data and information through the use of appropriate organizational safeguards, as well as safeguards of a technical and programming nature, in particular data encryption systems.
XII. In the event that the Seller obtains information about the Customer’s use of the Website contrary to the Terms and Conditions or applicable regulations, the Seller may process the Customer’s personal data to the extent necessary to determine its liability, provided that it records for evidentiary purposes the fact of obtaining and the content of these messages.
XIII. The online store www.esofas.pl uses IP addresses collected during Internet connections for technical purposes related to server administration. In addition, IP addresses are used to collect general, statistical demographic information (e.g., about the region from which the connection is made) and are only material for statistical analysis and system error correction mechanisms. This data may also be combined with the data provided by customers for the purpose of completing transactions concluded within the
