Complaints
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from receipt of the item to request a return.
The product must be brand new and in its original packaging. If the sofa has been deposited, it is NOT refundable. The buyer covers the shipping costs.
To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
